Down on the farm

I get to have fun today. I am visiting a client’s farm, which is one of the best parts of my job.

My client grows vegetables and tree fruit. It isna family farm started by two immigrant brothers who began with nothing and became successful - a common farming story here. I settled a lawsuit for them (solved a big problem very inexpensively), and we are meeting on compliance and risk management today. This is the part of my job that I really like. I am taking one if my associates, who will be responsible for the project.
